Katie McElduff is a Tulane University graduate with a strong background in Indoor Air Quality, Environmental Education, and Radon Mitigation. With six years of experience in the field—including four years in air quality testing and consulting and two years in radon mitigation and sales—she is dedicated to improving indoor environments and ensuring home safety. Holding multiple licenses, Katie specializes in diagnosing and resolving air quality concerns with efficiency and expertise. She is highly proficient in handling both simple and complex radon mitigation projects, ensuring effective and lasting solutions for her clients.

Now based in Portland, she enjoys exploring the mountains and beaches with her dog, embracing all the outdoor adventures Maine has to offer.
