I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with owner Brandon Lussier and his team at Maine Radon Environmental.  From my initial meeting for quote with Brandon, he was very thorough and took his time to determine the best install option.  This was not a typical installation as it required tying two points, one from the basement and another from under a family room built on a slab, and then routing through my garage attic where the fan was installed and exhaust pipe through the roof.

On the day of the install, Brandon and his team arrived on time and walked through their plans with me prior to starting.  They completed the job quicker than expected, but did so with extreme quality which also included sealing all cracks in the basement floor and installing an airtight custom plexi-glass cover over the sump hole.  Less than a week after the radon mitigation system was installed, the readings in the family room were .4 pCi/L and 1.3 pCi/L in the basement. I also purchased a commercial grade dehumidifier from Brandon which drastically reduced the humidity in my basement from hovering at 60% with a residential unit running 24/7 to 42% running intermittently throughout the day.
