Radon Mitigation Photo Album: Radon Fan Swap and System Inspection in York, Maine 03909-6123

A client in York, Maine reached out to Maine Radon & Water Treatment to have their existing radon mitigation system checked. Our radon inspectors conducted a radon test and the results indicate that the radon level is higher than it was supposed to. There were factors why this has happened but we need to check further so we informed the client that we needed to inspect the installation site. If the soil is hard as clay, we needed to install a high suction fan. If the soil is loose, the previous company that installed it did not remove enough building material underneath. The client was very satisfied with the results after we replaced it with a high-suction fan and removed dirt just to make sure.
