Radon Mitigation Photo Album: Activate Passive Radon System in Poland, Maine

We were recently approached by a homeowner in Poland, Maine. His home is a 4-year-old construction with a basement garage. They recently conducted a radon gas test and the results came back with a high-risk level not safe for anyone living at home. The house already has a passive radon system so our radon inspectors set an appointment to activate the existing one. The team properly cut in the roof and flashed around the vent pipe. We installed an electrical outlet and cracked the sealing after. The U-Tube shoes have great suction and flow. The client was extremely satisfied with the outcome.
