Radon Fan Installation
A powerful yet energy-efficient radon fan was strategically placed within the system. This fan continuously draws radon gas from the sub-slab area and vents it outside the home.

Sump Pit
A Sump Pit was dug to collect the radon gas that the radon fan will vented outside. A special sealant was applied around the sump pump pit to prevent radon gas from entering the living space through this potential pathway.

Manometer Monitoring
A manometer was strategically placed within the system to provide a visual indication of the suction power created by the radon fan. This allows for ongoing monitoring and system optimization to maintain peak performance.

Test Kit
Following the installation of the customized mitigation system, a fresh test kit was used to verify its effectiveness.
