Client had high radon levels in an 1800s apartment building. We utilized a hidden corner for a sub slab depressurization system.

Sub membrane radon mitigation job using clean space encapsulation. This will create negative pressure under the clean space which will help reduce radon air levels. This install is topped off with a premium fan cover and sani dri dehumidifier.

Client had excessive moisture in basement. Problem solved. Sump install and sani dri capped off with cleanspace enclapsulation
